Xcanda is located in the historic city of Oaxaca, a colonial gem situated in the heart of the Oaxacan Valley. A six hour drive / 45 minutes flight from Mexico City, Oaxaca is a beautiful example of colonial style architecture, and has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage City.
Our school is located in the beautiful and newly refurbished neighborhood of Jalatlaco, one of the oldest and most historic districts of the city. With brightly decorated houses lining cobble-stoned streets, Jalatlaco is a tranquil neighborhood that still lies inside the city's bustling Historical District.
